850 nm Narrow Bandpass Optical Filter
The 850 nm narrow bandpass optical filter is a near-infrared optical filter manufactured using a high-performance, multi-layer hard dielectric thin-film coating process. It is specifically designed for efficient transmission of optical signals at the 850 nm band and suppression of out-of-band stray light. The filter exhibits excellent optical performance with an average transmittance greater than 93% over the operating band of 845-855 nm, while providing an average OD6 blocking capability across the ranges of 200-827 nm and 873-1100 nm. This effectively reduces ambient light interference and improves system signal-to-noise ratio and detection accuracy. The filter features an 18.7 nm full width at half maximum (FWHM), a standard Φ25 mm size, superior environmental stability, and high laser damage tolerance. It is suitable for optical systems with an incident angle of 0°± 5°and a beam cone half-angle of up to 7°. The product is widely used in 850 nm laser systems, near-infrared imaging, machine vision, fluorescence detection, biomedical analysis, LiDAR, night-vision surveillance, spectral analysis, and CCD/CMOS near-infrared detection, meeting the demands of high-precision spectral filtering in research, industrial inspection, and medical equipment applications.
