Overview
IdealPhotonics' achromatic lens pair is a composite lens precisely cemented together from two different dispersive materials (such as crown glass and flint glass). Its core function is to correct axial chromatic aberration (i.e., eliminate red/blue light focus separation) within a specified wavelength range (typically the visible light band) through the complementary dispersive effect of the paired materials, while significantly reducing spherical aberration.By precisely combining two optical materials with complementary dispersive properties (such as crown-flint glass), axial chromatic aberration correction (Δf < 0.5%) and spherical aberration optimization are achieved simultaneously across a wide wavelength range (such as the visible light band), significantly improving the imaging quality of multicolor light.
