Overview
IdealPhotonics' fiber-coupled LED is an integrated module that efficiently couples an LED light source to an optical fiber (coupling efficiency > 50%) via a lens assembly. It outputs a specific wavelength (e.g., 470nm blue light) through a standardized interface (e.g., SMA905), providing stable and tunable light stimulation for optogenetics, fluorescence excitation, and other applications.Parameters including center wavelength (e.g., 470±10nm), fiber coupling efficiency (> 50%), output power (1-100mW adjustable), modulation frequency (0-10kHz), and stability (power fluctuation < 1%) directly determine the intensity, accuracy, and reliability of its light stimulation.
