Overview
IdealPhotonics' fly-eye beam homogenizer, a passive beam homogenizer based on a micro-optical array, functions by segmenting and superimposing the incident light beam through two-dimensionally arranged microlens units (resembling the compound eye structure of an insect), creating a highly uniform illumination field on the target plane.By recombining the wavefront of the incident light through segmentation and superposition using a microlens array, high uniformity (non-uniformity <3%) and low coherence noise (speckle suppression ratio >10:1) are achieved on the target surface, while maintaining beam collimation. This makes it a key component for laser homogenization and precision illumination.
