Multiphoton mesoscopic microscope

Overview
IdealPhotonics' multiphoton mesoscopic microscope is a cross-scale imaging system. Through two-photon/three-photon nonlinear excitation (wavelength 1000-1700nm) combined with a large field-of-view optical design (FOV 5-10mm), it achieves three-dimensional reconstruction from single cells (submicron resolution) to whole organs (centimeter-level imaging depth). Its innovative "adaptive optics correction" and "multiphoton cascade detection" technologies break through the penetration limits of traditional microscopy, setting a new standard for mesoscale imaging in fields such as panoramic imaging of in vivo brain networks, tumor metastasis tracking, and organ development research.Including ultra-long wavelength excitation (tunable from 1000-1700nm), mesoscopic field of view (5-10mm FOV), multi-scale resolution (0.8μm micro/50μm macro), and centimeter-level penetration depth (>3mm), its innovative "multiphoton cascaded detector array" and "adaptive optical deformable mirror" technologies have increased the imaging speed to 10Hz (full field of view scanning). This breakthrough has overcome the scale barriers of traditional microscopy techniques in observing whole-brain neural activity in conscious animals (simultaneous recording of millions of neurons), three-dimensional tracing of tumor metastasis (identification of 0.1mm³ microlesions), and panoramic dynamic studies of organ development (72-hour continuous imaging).
