Overview
IdealPhotonics' dual-hole mounting base, driven by a resonant motor, is a dual-channel optical element fixing platform using a resonant piezoelectric motor. It achieves rapid lens/filter switching (millisecond-level) and sub-micron-level positioning repeatability through high-frequency micro-amplitude vibration (such as in the ultrasonic band), making it suitable for scenarios requiring high-frequency synchronous control, such as alternating dual-optical-path imaging or spectral analysis.Features include brushless silent drive, zero mechanical wear, and dual-channel synchronous/asynchronous control, along with high-rigidity locking (anti-displacement) and ultra-long lifespan (>10^9 cycles), breaking through the speed and lifespan limitations of traditional motors.
