Overview
IdealPhotonics' optoelectronic mounting bracket is a precision mechanical component used to fix and calibrate optical elements (such as laser diodes, lenses, and fiber optic connectors). It achieves μm-level positioning accuracy through a multi-axis micro-adjustment mechanism (translation/pitch/rotation), and integrates a heat-conducting/heat-dissipating design to ensure stable optical path alignment of optoelectronic devices under vibration, temperature changes, and other environmental conditions. It is a core support component for optical communication, laser processing, and optical experiments.Through six-dimensional nanometer-level micro-adjustment (accuracy ±0.5μm/±0.005°) and active temperature control design (±0.1℃), it achieves sub-micron-level stable positioning of optoelectronic devices. It also features a modular quick-release interface (compatible with SM1/25mm standards) and vibration resistance (5-500Hz vibration suppression >90%), becoming the "positioning center" of high-precision optical systems.
