Overview

The 6.0-13.0um QCL diode launched by IdealPhoton is a wide-spectrum quantum cascade laser based on strain-compensated superlattice band engineering. It achieves watt-level output through 50-100 levels of electron recycling, and is used in trace gas detection (such as CO 6.5μm), explosive identification (TNT) It has breakthrough performance in the fields of long-wave infrared "molecular fingerprint" such as 11.3μm) and medical diagnosis (glucose 10.4μm) with ppt-level detection limit. Its continuous operating characteristics at room temperature are orders of magnitude higher in sensitivity and portability than traditional light sources.Based on the chirped superlattice energy band engineering design, 5W peak power and 0.003cm⁻¹ ultra-narrow linewidth are achieved through 75-level electron recycling. It has demonstrated irreplaceable "molecular fingerprint" identification capabilities in long-wave infrared applications such as trace gas detection (0.1ppt sensitivity), explosives identification and medical diagnosis. Its chip-level integration features are thousands of times smaller than traditional spectroscopic systems, representing the highest level of infrared optoelectronic technology.
