Optical cavity attenuated low dispersion high reflection flat concave mirror
For laser optical devices with extremely low losses, for coated optical devices that require extremely low losses, Idealphotonics can provide mirrors with R>99.995% and a total loss of less than 10 ppm. This type of super reflective lens can be used for ring laser gyroscope components or cavity ring down applications. When processing low absorption and low scattering coatings on ultra polished substrates, we will use an improved IBS coating machine. In order to ensure cleanliness, such machines will be stored in a dedicated ultra clean room, and all substrate pretreatment and post-processing processes related to production will be completed in this clean room. In addition, the ultra clean room is equipped with various measuring devices, such as white light surface photometers and high-resolution microscopes used in the detection process. By using customized cavity attenuation settings, the reflection amount (with an accuracy of up to four decimal places) and loss can be determined. To determine the above values, a super polished substrate with a surface roughness less than<1 ? rms must be used. In order to ensure the quality of the finished reflective mirror, a white light surface photometer will also be used for quality testing
