Overview
IdealPhotonics' 200-3000nm fiber-coupled diodes are based on an integrated system of full-band semiconductor light sources (such as UV LEDs, visible light LDs, and infrared QCLs) and micro-optical devices. In cross-band applications such as deep UV sterilization (200-280nm), visible light communication (400-700nm), and infrared gas detection (2-20μm), they maintain output power stability within ±0.1%, providing a high-precision, full-spectrum solution for biomedical, environmental monitoring, and industrial processing fields.Employing "multi-material chip heterogeneous integration" and "freeform microlens" technologies, this system achieves a coupling efficiency of 80-95% across the entire wavelength band through sub-micron-level active alignment (positioning accuracy ±0.1μm). In three major cross-band applications—deep ultraviolet (250nm) sterilization fiber optic systems (power attenuation <5%/100h), visible light (550nm) communication fiber optics (transmission loss <0.2dB/km), and mid-infrared (4.3μm) gas sensing fiber optics—its innovative "intelligent temperature control-stress compensation" architecture suppresses output power fluctuations to ±0.05%, redefining the performance boundaries of full-spectrum fiber optic systems.
