Overview
IdealPhotonics' portable fiber optic end-face interferometer is a compact 3D morphology inspection device for fiber optic end faces. Utilizing a miniaturized interferometric optical module (weight <1kg) and rapid phase demodulation technology (vertical resolution 1nm), it enables real-time outdoor inspection of key parameters such as fiber optic connector end-face curvature and scratch depth (measurement accuracy ±0.1μm). It is suitable for rapid maintenance and fault location in 5G base stations and field optical communication equipment.The "Pocket Nano Lab," through a miniature MEMS interferometer (size <10cm³) and vibration-resistant algorithm (environmental tolerance ±2℃), enables real-time inspection (<10 seconds/time) of fiber optic end-face curvature radius (±0.5% accuracy) and scratches (depth resolution 5nm) under field conditions. This provides military-grade on-site quality inspection capabilities for war zone communication nodes and submarine cable repair.
