IdealPhotonics' 1600-1700nm VCSEL diodes are ultra-long-wavelength vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers based on the InP/InGaAs material system. Employing strain-compensated quantum dots and composite dielectric film DBR technology, they achieve L-band (1565-1625nm) and U-band (1625-1675nm) emission, featuring ultra-narrow linewidth (<0.1nm) and ultra-high temperature stability (±0.01nm/℃).
