Overview
IdealPhotonics' fiber optic grating accelerometer is a vibration measurement device based on inertial mass-FBG coupling. It achieves vibration monitoring in the 0.1-2000Hz frequency band (immune to electromagnetic interference) by utilizing the grating strain induced by the inertial force of the mass block (sensitivity ~50 pm/g) and demodulation technology (resolution 0.1 mg). It is suitable for condition monitoring of high-speed rotating machinery such as aero-engines and high-speed rail bearings.The "All-Fiber Wideband Vibration Scale," through optimized mass-grating coupling structure (sensitivity 80 pm/g, frequency response 0.1-5000Hz) and nanoscale demodulation technology (resolution 0.01 mg), achieves vibration monitoring with electromagnetic interference immunity and multi-point synchronous (16+ channels per fiber). It provides an intrinsically safe dynamic measurement solution for aircraft wing flutter testing and nuclear power plant main pump health diagnosis.
