Its innovative "online defect detection" and "dynamic viscosity compensation" modules ensure coating quality meets IEC 60793-2 standards, making it a key process equipment for manufacturing optical fibers that resist micro-bending (10-fold loss reduction), withstand high temperatures (continuous operation at 300℃), and for special sensing applications (such as biocompatible coatings).Employing a nanoscale fluid pump control system (flow accuracy ±0.1μL/min) and adaptive UV curing technology (intensity closed-loop adjustment ±1%), this technology achieves coating uniformity >99.5% through real-time thickness monitoring (resolution 0.05μm) and AI defect detection (identification accuracy 0.5μm).
