Overview
IdealPhotonics' linear array detector is an array device composed of multiple photodiodes arranged linearly. It achieves one-dimensional measurement of the spatial distribution of light intensity through segmented detection, with each pixel outputting an independent signal. The number of pixels ranges from tens to thousands, and materials include Si (visible light) and InGaAs (near-infrared). Typical applications include spectral analysis, industrial scanning, and remote sensing imaging. Scanning frequencies can reach the kHz level, enabling high-resolution line scan imaging when combined with an optical system.High spatial resolution (μm-level pixel spacing) and fast scanning (kHz-level frame rate) are achieved, but crosstalk between adjacent pixels needs to be suppressed.
