Overview
Idealphotonics' semiconductor manufacturing refers to a full-process technological system that constructs microelectronic devices (such as transistors and diodes) and integrated circuits (ICs) on semiconductor materials (such as silicon, GaN, and SiC) through a series of precise processes including photolithography, etching, thin-film deposition, and doping. Its core objective is to transfer designed circuit patterns layer by layer onto wafers, which are then diced and packaged into chips to enable the processing, storage, and transmission of electronic information.Through nanometer-level precision processes such as lithography, etching, and deposition in ultra-clean environments, multilayer circuit structures are integrated onto wafers to achieve miniaturization and high performance of electronic devices. The core challenges lie in overcoming physical limits (such as quantum tunneling) and balancing geometric scaling with the rapidly increasing costs.
