Overview
IdealPhotonics' mid-infrared camera is an imaging device specifically designed to detect 3-5μm mid-infrared (MWIR) radiation. Based on indium antimonide (InSb) or vanadium oxide (VOx) sensors, it images via thermal radiation or laser reflection and is widely used in military night vision, industrial inspection, and gas analysis.Parameters including spectral response range (e.g., 3-5μm), noise equivalent temperature difference (NETD < 20mK), frame rate (30-100Hz), cooling method (Stirling/thermoelectric cooling), and detector material (InSb/VOx) directly determine its thermal sensitivity, imaging speed, and environmental adaptability.
