Ytterbium doped fiber ASE light source

Overview
Idealphotonics' has launched an erbium-doped fiber ASE light source, a broadband light source based on the principle of spontaneous emission amplification (ASE) in erbium-doped fiber. Its output spectrum covers 1520-1570 nm (C-band), primarily used for fiber optic sensing and communication testing. It outputs a broadband spectrum of 1520-1570 nm (bandwidth > 50 nm) and exhibits high power stability (fluctuation < 0.5 dB), but suffers from poor coherence. It is mainly used for fiber optic sensing and communication testing.

1060nm ASE broadband light source

The 1060nm ASE broadband light source is based on ytterbium doped fiber and semiconductor pump laser, with a spectral coverage of 1030-1080nm, which can also be extended to 1010nm and 1100nm bands, while having high output power and good flatness. Can be used for fiber optic device testing, FBG grating production, etc.
