405-700nm FP laser diode

Overview

IdealPhotonics' has launched 405-700nm FP diodes. FP diodes are fast recovery diodes manufactured using epitaxial technology. They feature short reverse recovery time, fast switching speed, and low power consumption, and are widely used in high-frequency switching circuits, power management, and other fields. The reverse recovery time is typically in the range of tens to hundreds of nanoseconds (ns), much faster than ordinary rectifier diodes, making them suitable for high-frequency applications.

405-700nm FP laser diode

This is a single-mode laser diode module specifically designed for optical measurement and communication. The laser features a 14-pin standard butterfly package, incorporates a built-in monitoring photodiode and thermoelectric cooler (TEC), and is fiber-coupled with PM Fiber. The module's tail fiber is a single-mode polarization-maintaining fiber with a length of 0.7-1.0 meters, and the interface uses an FC/APC connector.
