InGaAs single photon detector

Overview
IdealPhotonics' InGaAs single-photon detector is an infrared single-photon detection device based on InGaAs/InP APD, operating in the 900-1700nm wavelength range (especially suitable for the 1550nm fiber optic communication window). It employs gated or free-running modes, achieving single-photon sensitivity in Geiger mode, but requiring cooling to below -30°C and optimization of the quenching circuit to suppress after-pulse noise. Typical applications include quantum key distribution (QKD) and fiber optic sensing.Near-infrared single-photon detection and GHz-level gated operation are also available, but cooling and a low duty cycle (<1%) limit the dynamic range.

Indium Gallium Arsenide InGaAs MP-LTD-M-I-9V-4x4 Single Photon Array Detector Component 950-1650nm

The MP-LTD-M-I-9V-4x4 detector module consists of a 4x4 array specification InGaAs single photon avalanche photodiode (SPAD) chip, a CMOS active and passive quenching circuit chip, and a detector module connected by reverse soldering. It also includes a voltage inverter module, a cooling module, and a signal control module. In the Geiger working mode, each pixel of the detector component operates independently and freely, detecting weak optical signals in the near-infrared band range of 0.95~1.65 μ m and outputting TTL electrical signals in real time.
