Overview
IdealPhotonics' photodiode chip is a semiconductor device that converts optical signals into electrical signals. Based on the photovoltaic effect of PN junction or PIN structures, it achieves high-sensitivity detection and fast response within a specific wavelength range.Wavelength-selective photoelectric conversion and low-noise response are achieved through semiconductor bandgap design, enabling high quantum-efficiency detection in specific spectral ranges (such as ultraviolet-infrared). Simultaneously, optimization of junction capacitance and carrier transit time achieves nanosecond-level speeds.
