Overview
IdealPhotonics' multimode fiber is a type of fiber with a relatively large core diameter (typically 50/62.5μm), allowing multiple optical transmission modes to pass simultaneously. Its core feature is achieving high-capacity signal transmission over low-cost, short-distance distances (such as 100-meter-level LANs), but its bandwidth is limited by modal dispersion."Large-core diameter (50/62.5μm) multimode transmission" achieves high-capacity signal transmission over low-cost, short-distance (100-meter-level) distances, but its bandwidth is limited by modal dispersion. Typical applications include high-speed, short-distance scenarios such as data centers and LANs.

Mid infrared ZBLAN fluoride core energy transmission fiber with a wavelength of 0.3-5um

ZBLAN fiber is a composite glass fiber composed of heavy metal fluorides such as ZrF4, BaF2, LaF3, AlF3, and NaF. Compared with widely used quartz optical fibers, ZBLAN optical fibers have the characteristics of a wide transmission wavelength range (0.35 μ m~4 μ m) and high emission efficiency of doped rare earth ions. By developing a unique fiber manufacturing technology, Idealphotonics has introduced low-cost production of high-quality (especially low loss) fluoride fibers.

Our energy fibers include two categories: quartz clad high-performance energy fibers and plastic clad performance energy fibers.
