Overview
IdealPhotonics' new dichroic filter wheel (30mm cage system) is a multi-channel filter module specifically designed for cage-like optical architectures. Through a rotating structure, it integrates multiple dichroic mirrors (e.g., for wavelengths of 405/488/633nm), achieving millisecond-level switching and nanometer-level wavelength positioning accuracy (±1nm). It is suitable for compact optical systems requiring dynamic beam splitting, such as multicolor fluorescence imaging and laser beam combining.Features include a cage-compatible interface (SM30 thread), high transmission/reflection efficiency (>90%@specified wavelength), and a zero-image-shift mechanical design. It also offers manual/electric drive options and an anti-optical damage coating, ensuring the stability and repeatability of multispectral experiments.
