Overview
IdealPhotonics' PRO8 testing platform and modules are an integrated automated testing system for optical fiber devices. Through modular design (e.g., insertion loss, polarization, spectral analysis) and AI algorithms (repeatability ±0.02dB), it achieves rapid (<10 seconds/item) and accurate measurement of multiple indicators (IL/RL/PDL, etc.) for optical fiber devices (such as connectors and gratings). It is suitable for quality control in optical communication production lines and laboratory R&D verification.The "AI-level full-inspection robot for optical devices" achieves zero-human-intervention full-parameter testing of optical fiber devices (from patch cords to WDM) (covering 12 indicators including IL/RL/PDL/WDL) through multi-module parallel measurement (8 channels synchronous, accuracy ±0.01dB) and machine learning optimization (5x speed improvement). This provides laboratory-level quality control assurance for the mass production of 5G optical modules (>10,000 units/day).
