Overview
IdealPhotonics' integrated fiber optic end-face interferometer is a comprehensive 3D topography measurement device for fiber optic connectors. Utilizing white light interferometry (vertical resolution 0.1nm) and a fast phase demodulation algorithm, it achieves fully automated detection of all parameters related to fiber end-face curvature radius (measurement range 1-50mm), vertex offset (accuracy ±0.5μm), and surface defects (such as scratch depth). It is suitable for production quality inspection and fault analysis of high-precision fiber optic connectors.It offers "atomic-level surface 3D perspective," employing low-coherence interferometric scanning (vertical resolution 0.05nm) and an intelligent surface fitting algorithm (curvature repeatability ±0.1%) to achieve fully automated, second-level (<3 seconds/time) detection of submicron defects such as fiber end-face roughness (Ra<1nm) and adhesive bubbles (100% detection rate). This provides laboratory-level end-face quality certification for quantum communication fiber optic connectors and aerospace-grade optical devices.
