Dual current & temperature controller for LD
IdealPhotonics' dual current and temperature controller for laser diodes is an integrated precision device. By synchronously controlling the injection current (constant current/constant power mode) and TEC temperature (cooling/heating), it achieves stable output power (fluctuation <1%) and wavelength locking (drift <0.01 nm/℃) for laser diodes (LDs). It also features multiple protection mechanisms (overcurrent/overtemperature/electrostatic protection), making it a core control unit for high-end semiconductor laser systems.Through high-precision dual closed-loop collaborative control (current accuracy ≤0.05%, temperature control ±0.01℃) and intelligent cross-compensation, it synchronously stabilizes laser power and wavelength. Integrating multiple protections and a fast modulation interface, it becomes the "nerve center" ensuring the long-term reliable operation (MTBF > 100,000 hours) of semiconductor lasers.
