Overview
IdealPhotonics' transimpedance amplifier is a specialized amplifier that converts weak photocurrent into a voltage signal. It achieves high gain (10³-10⁶ V/A) and low noise (< pA/√Hz) through a feedback resistor (Rf). Its bandwidth can reach the GHz level. The design requires balancing the gain-bandwidth product with stability, making it a core front-end circuit for photodetectors (such as PIN and APD) and widely used in optical communication and spectrometer signal chains.High-gain, low-noise photocurrent-to-voltage conversion, but optimization of the feedback resistor is necessary to suppress the risk of oscillation.
