Overview
IdealPhotonics' fiber stripping/cleaning machine is an automated device that precisely removes fiber coatings (such as acrylate and polyimide) and cleans/polishes the end faces using mechanical, chemical, or thermal methods. It integrates a high-precision blade (±1μm positioning), a solvent spraying system, and an optical inspection module. Supporting coating stripping (damage <0.1dB), end face cleaning (contaminants <0.1μm), and angle polishing (APC end face 0.5°±0.1°) for single-mode/multimode fibers (diameter 80-1500μm), it has become a core tool for the maintenance of optical communication, fiber optic sensing, and laser systems.Through breakthroughs in three technologies—ultra-precision mechanics, intelligent sensing, and data closed-loop—fiber optic processing has shifted from experience-based reliance to standardization and intelligence, becoming an indispensable "fiber optic scalpel" in optical communication, high-end manufacturing, and specialized fields.
