User Agreement

Dear Users,

Idealphotonics is a scientific research enterprise focusing on the R&D and application of advanced photonics technology. Committed to advancing the innovative application of photonics technology in scientific research, industrial, medical, and consumer fields through photonic integration technology, intelligent algorithms, and engineering solutions, we uphold the mission of "Making Photonics Technology Accessible to All". To protect your rights and interests and clarify the responsibilities of both parties, we have formulated this User Agreement, with details as follows:

I. User Rights and Obligations

(I) User Rights

1. After registering as an Idealphotonics member, you are entitled to enjoy membership services, including but not limited to product purchase discounts, points accumulation and redemption, etc.

2. You have the right to use the Idealphotonics website platform for activities such as product browsing, purchasing, and points redemption in accordance with this Agreement and Idealphotonics' relevant rules.

3. You have the right to inquire about, modify, and update your personal information on the Idealphotonics website platform.

4. You have the right to apply for product return and exchange services in accordance with Idealphotonics' return and exchange policy and under eligible circumstances.

5. You are entitled to receive after-sales services provided by Idealphotonics, including product consultation, technical support, maintenance services, etc.

(II) User Obligations

1. You shall provide true, accurate, and complete registration information, and promptly update such information if any changes occur.

2. You shall properly keep your account information and password, and shall not transfer, rent, or gift your account to others for use. Idealphotonics shall not be liable for any losses arising from account theft or other damages caused by your own negligence.

3. When using Idealphotonics' services, you shall comply with relevant laws, regulations, and rules, and shall not use the Idealphotonics platform for any illegal or irregular activities.

4. When enjoying Idealphotonics' after-sales services, you shall provide necessary information and materials in accordance with the specified procedures and requirements to facilitate Idealphotonics in resolving your issues in a timely manner.

II. Idealphotonics' Rights and Obligations

(I) Rights

1. Idealphotonics reserves the right to review and verify user registration information. For users who provide false information or violate this Agreement, Idealphotonics has the right to terminate their access to Idealphotonics' services.

2. To ensure the normal operation of the platform and maintain a good transaction order, Idealphotonics is entitled to formulate and modify platform rules, service policies, etc., and notify users through website announcements or other means.

3. Idealphotonics has the right to handle users' irregular behaviors, including but not limited to warnings, restricted use, account freezing, order cancellation, and other measures, and reserves the right to pursue legal liability against users.

4. For information or content posted by users on the Idealphotonics platform, Idealphotonics is entitled to conduct review and management. If illegal or irregular content is found, it has the right to delete or modify such content.

(II) Obligations

1. Idealphotonics shall provide users with efficient and stable products and services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and service terms.

2. Idealphotonics shall adopt reasonable security measures to protect users' personal information from leakage, tampering, or abuse.

3. Idealphotonics shall provide users with corresponding return and exchange services in strict accordance with the return and exchange policy.

4. Idealphotonics shall provide users with a satisfactory customer experience and promptly handle users' inquiries, complaints, and suggestions.

III. Disclaimer

1. Idealphotonics does not guarantee that the information, services, products, etc. on its platform fully meet users' requirements, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security, or accuracy of the services.

2. Idealphotonics shall not be liable for any losses caused by force majeure, computer viruses, hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, technical adjustments by telecommunications departments, or other similar factors.

3. Idealphotonics shall not be liable for any disputes arising between users and other users or third parties in the course of using the platform services.

4. Users explicitly agree that all risks associated with the use of Idealphotonics' services shall be borne entirely by themselves; all consequences arising from the use of Idealphotonics' services shall also be borne by themselves, and Idealphotonics shall not be liable to users for any damages.

IV. Intellectual Property Protection

1. All content on the Idealphotonics website, including but not limited to text, software, sounds, images, videos, charts, etc., is protected by intellectual property laws and regulations such as copyright, trademark rights, and patent rights.

2. Without the prior written permission of Idealphotonics or relevant right holders, users shall not copy, modify, rent, sell, or derive other works from any content on the Idealphotonics website.

V. Modification and Termination of the Agreement

1. Idealphotonics reserves the right to modify and amend this Agreement and relevant rules in accordance with business development needs and the provisions of laws and regulations. The revised Agreement will be published on the Idealphotonics website, and users can check the latest version of the Agreement on the website.

2. If you disagree with the modification of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease using Idealphotonics' services. Your continued use of Idealphotonics' services after the modification shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Agreement.

3. This Agreement shall be terminated in the event of any of the following circumstances:

You violate any clause of this Agreement and fail to rectify it within the time limit specified by Idealphotonics;

Idealphotonics is unable to continue providing services due to business needs, force majeure, or other factors.

VI. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. The conclusion, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement shall all be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

2. Any disputes arising between the parties concerning the content of this Agreement or its performance shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court in the place where Idealphotonics is located.

VII. Supplementary Provisions

1. This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties regarding the matters agreed herein and other related matters, superseding any prior written or oral agreements reached between the parties.

2. If any clause in this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.

3. The headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and shall not affect the interpretation of the clause content.
