Return & Exchange Policy

From the actual date of receipt of the goods, customers who purchase products from idealphotonics may apply to idealphotonics for return or exchange services, if needed.

I. 7-Day Return/Exchange Policy for Products

If the product’s outer packaging remains unopened within seven (7) days from the actual date of receipt, the customer may apply for a return or exchange within such seven (7)-day period, provided that the product is not damaged during the return process.

II. Scenarios Where Returns/Exchanges Are Not Permitted

1. more than seven (7) days after the actual date of receipt

2. Damage to the product’s appearance, quality, or functionality during trial use within seven (7) days of actual receipt.

3. Loss of accessories during trial within 7 days of actual receipt.

4. Damage to the product during the return shipping process.

5. Loss or damage of the product's original packaging.

Note: The policy is based on the condition of the product when actually received by idealphotonics.

III. Shipping Cost Responsibility

Idealphotonics will only cover the return/exchange shipping costs if such costs arise from defects in the product's appearance, quality, or functionality (as specified in Idealphotonics' Product Description). If the product has no defects in appearance, quality, or functionality and the return/exchange is requested for other reasons, the customer shall bear all the return shipping costs.

Special Note: Custom Products
Custom products, being produced according to the customer’s specific requirements, are not eligible for return or exchange. If a quality issue caused by idealphotonics is identified, the customer may contact our customer service team within fifteen (15) days of receiving the product. We will provide a solution based on the specific circumstances.
