Overview
The galvanometer system launched by IdealPhoton is a laser beam directional control device based on high-speed deflection mirrors (such as galvanometers or MEMS mirrors). It achieves milliradian (±0.1mrad) beam deflection and kHz-level scanning frequency through electromagnetic or piezoelectric drive.
