Overview
IdealPhotonics' blade-type optical shutter, with a controller, is an integrated beam control module. It precisely regulates the opening and closing timing of metal blades via a drive unit (such as electromagnetic/piezoelectric) (response time down to the millisecond level), and is equipped with a programmable controller (supporting TTL/PWM/remote commands) to achieve high-speed beam switching, pulse width adjustment, and multi-level synchronization. It is suitable for high-dynamic optical systems such as laser processing and spectral analysis.The electromechanical integrated design combines microsecond-level timing accuracy (e.g., ±1μs jitter), adaptive triggering logic (external synchronization/built-in waveform), and a long-life architecture (>10^7 cycles). Through a human-machine interface (such as an LCD screen/RS485), it enables multi-mode dynamic management of complex optical paths.
