Faraday rotator
IdealPhotonics' Faraday rotator, an optical device based on the magneto-optical rotation effect (Faraday effect), functions by non-reciprocally rotating the polarization plane of linearly polarized light using an axial magnetic field (the rotation direction is determined solely by the magnetic field direction and is independent of the light propagation direction).Based on the non-reciprocal nature of magneto-optical rotation (θ=VB L), it achieves precise rotation of the polarization plane independent of the propagation direction using an axial magnetic field, combining high isolation ratio (>30dB) and fast magnetic response capability, making it a core device for unidirectional optical path control.
