405 nm Laser Line Bandpass Filter
The 405 nm laser line bandpass filter is a high-performance narrow-band optical filter specifically designed for 405 nm laser sources, manufactured using a multi-layer hard dielectric thin-film coating process. The product is optimized for the 405 nm laser wavelength, achieving >90% transmittance at 405 nm while providing ultra-deep blocking of OD5 to OD6 or higher on both sides of the laser line. This effectively suppresses laser side lobes, ambient light, and other stray light interference, significantly improving the signal-to-noise ratio and detection accuracy of optical systems. Featuring an ultra-narrow 1.5 nm FWHM, high stability, high damage threshold, and excellent environmental reliability, this filter is suitable for high-precision optical applications including laser Raman spectroscopy, confocal microscopy, fluorescence excitation, laser detection, machine vision, and scientific instrumentation.
