248.6 nm Laser Line Bandpass Filter
The 248.6 nm laser line bandpass filter is a highperformance narrowband interference filter specifically designed for 248.6 nm KrF excimer lasers. Manufactured on highquality fused silica substrates with multilayer hard dielectric coatings, it offers high transmission at the 248.6 nm laser wavelength while providing excellent rejection of outofband stray light on both sides of the passband, effectively improving the system signaltonoise ratio. The filter is widely used in excimer laser systems, semiconductor lithography, UV Raman spectroscopy, fluorescence detection, UV imaging, and scientific instrumentation.
Product features:Specifically designed for 248.6 nm KrF excimer lasers;Precise center wavelength, optimized for a single laser line;Narrow FWHM bandwidth of only 1.7 nm;Maximum out‑of‑band blocking depth up to OD₆;Hard dielectric coatings for high environmental stability;Fused silica substrate with excellent UV transmission
Part Number:MP-LLF-248
