The MP-ICL-3348-DFB-5-T laser is a tunable continuous-wave laser developed by Idealphotonics . It features a narrow linewidth, high power, and low power consumption, making it ideal for gas sensing tests, especially for detecting hydrocarbons and other related gases. Additionally, the benchtop ICL-DFB laser module integrates a driver and temperature control module. It can be controlled via software to adjust the laser’s temperature and operating current, ensuring stable operation and maintaining measurement accuracy. The laser module also includes an optional FPGA (available for an additional fee) to facilitate the processing of gas concentration measurements.
Aspheric Fiber Collimator 1550nm
The light output of the pigtail is polished at an angle and coated with an anti-reflection film to reduce the return light at the light output end. The long-focus collimator uses a bent housing to accommodate the light output angle caused by the tilted pigtail; the short-focus collimator can ignore the light output angle caused by the tilted pigtail, and these models use a straight-through housing. The other end of the pigtail has a narrow-key FC/PC, FC/APC and SMA905 connector with a standard; various spot diameters and non-magnetic packaging can also be customized.
The design uses springs to assemble a suitable optical lens inside the mechanical part, which is used for the collimator output of the optical fiber beam and can also be used for fiber-to-fiber coupling. By rotating the sleeve outside the collimator, the internal optical lens can be translated forward and backward along the optical axis, thereby adjusting the distance between the lens and the end face of the optical fiber to obtain different spot sizes.
