1064nm lithium niobate phase modulator

1064nm 300MHz lithium niobate electro-optic phase modulator is used to prepare optical waveguides using proton exchange technology. The modulator electrodes are designed in the form of lumped electrodes, and the input/output fibers are precisely diagonally coupled with the waveguides. The electro-optic effect of lithium niobate material is utilized to achieve phase modulation of optical signals passing through the optical waveguides.
