TeraSense terahertz sources include IMPATT diodes, tunable Schottky doubling sources, and flyback oscillators, with frequencies ranging from 70-600 GHz and an output power of up to 2W. They have high power, compact and stable characteristics, and are suitable for terahertz imaging, non-destructive testing, and spectral analysis.
