DFB laser diode 852nm 30/40mW

Idealphotonics' 852nm DFB laser diode is an economical and efficient high coherence laser source. The DFB laser diode chip is packaged in an industrial standard 14 pin butterfly package with built-in TEC and PD. We have specifically designed it to work at room temperature. Our diodes have excellent performance at 20 ℃ -30 ℃.
