475–1100 nm LIBS Spectrometer
The 475-1100 nm LIBS spectrometer is a compact, high-resolution spectrometer designed for Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) elemental analysis applications. It covers the visible to near-infrared range from 475 nm to 1100 nm. The system employs a high-dispersion transmission grating and a Mirror-Grating-Mirror (MGM) optical configuration, combining high resolution, high throughput, and compact size. It effectively resolves adjacent LIBS characteristic spectral lines and is suitable for material elemental identification, qualitative and quantitative spectral analysis.
Product features:475–1100 nm broad wavelength coverage;High spectral resolution;Compact design;Low stray light
