360–830 nm LIBS Spectrometer
The 360-830 nm LIBS spectrometer is a compact, high-resolution spectrometer designed for laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) and visible-light spectral analysis. It covers the wavelength range of 360-830 nm and achieves a typical spectral resolution of 0.3-0.4 nm, featuring high resolution, low stray light, low thermal drift, and a compact form factor. The spectrometer employs a high-efficiency transmission grating and an MGM optical structure, supports SMA fibre input and SPI/USB data interfaces, and can be readily integrated into portable and OEM inspection systems. It is suitable for applications such as metal and alloy composition analysis, mineral detection, elemental analysis, plasma emission spectroscopy, and scientific spectroscopic measurements.
