190–435 nm LIBS Spectrometer
The 190-435 nm LIBS spectrometer is a compact spectrometer designed for laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) and high-resolution UV spectroscopic detection. It covers the wavelength range of 190-435 nm and achieves a typical spectral resolution of 0.15-0.2 nm, making it suitable for identifying and analysing adjacent emission lines in the ultraviolet region. The spectrometer employs a high-efficiency transmission grating and a compact Mirror-Grating-Mirror optical architecture, delivering high resolution, high throughput, and good environmental stability in a small footprint. It supports SMA fibre input and SPI / USB 2.0 data interfaces, facilitating easy integration into LIBS elemental analysers, portable spectral analysis systems, and OEM inspection equipment.
