Cold Atom Source Cell
The MP-CASC-30-30-94.6 is an ultra-high-vacuum cold-atom source assembly designed specifically for 2D enhanced magneto‑optical traps (2D⁺ MOT). It stably produces high-flux, low-temperature laser-cooled atomic beams, providing a reliable atomic source for cold-atom clocks, atom interferometers, quantum sensors, quantum computing, and precision measurement systems. The product features a compact ultra-high-vacuum glass cell and can be integrated into the user’s vacuum system via a standard CF flange, enabling rapid construction of a high-performance cold-atom experimental platform without complex vacuum design. Internal silicon-wafer micro-orifices provide differential pumping, maintaining the high vapour pressure required for 2D MOT operation while effectively isolating the main vacuum chamber to preserve the system’s ultra-high-vacuum environment. The source supports rubidium (Rb), caesium (Cs), or dual-element (Rb+Cs) configurations, achieving cold-atom output fluxes exceeding 1×10⁹ atoms/s meeting the demand for stable, high-brightness atomic beams in both research and industrial quantum devices.
