Idealphotonics' 1060nm SLD superluminescent diode is an ideal light source for fiber optic transmission systems, fiber optic gyroscopes, fiber optic sensors, optical coherence tomography, and optical measurements. The diode is packaged in a 14 pin standard butterfly package with a photodiode and thermoelectric cooler (TEC).
