InGaAs Scientific-Grade High-Speed Short-Wave Infrared Camera

Overview

InGaAs Scientific-Grade High-Speed Short-Wave Infrared Camera

The short-wave infrared (SWIR) camera is a high-performance imaging device developed for low-light scientific imaging, SWIR microscopy, and industrial inspection applications. Equipped with an InGaAs detector, the camera covers a spectral response range of 0.95-1.7 μm, enabling near‑infrared and SWIR imaging that conventional visible-light cameras cannot achieve. It features a 640 × 512 resolution sensor with a pixel size of 15 μm × 15 μm, and achieves a maximum frame rate of 350 fps at full resolution. The camera supports arbitrary-size ROI setting, meeting the requirements for laser beam tracking, high-speed dynamic observation, and scientific experiments. The product incorporates TEC semiconductor cooling and offers advanced image processing capabilities including black-level correction, dead-pixel correction, 3D noise reduction, LUT, and Gamma adjustment. Communication is via a GigE interface, compliant with GigE Vision V1.2 and GenICam standards, and it works seamlessly with machine vision and scientific software such as Halcon, VisionPro, and LabVIEW, facilitating integration into scientific instruments and automated inspection systems.
