1064nm 150mW DBR Fiber-Coupled Distributed Feedback Laser Module
DBR laser consists of multiple parts: this includes a gain section and a separate DBR grating. The waveguide structure on the laser diode needs to provide feedback according to a specific wavelength. This waveguide also partially serves as an amplification medium.
Product features:150 mW output power in single‑mode fiber;High‑reliability Au/Sn technology;Polarization‑maintaining PM980 fiber
Part Number:MP-DBR-1064-150-14BF-PA
Application area:Seeding | Gas sensing | Instrumentation / measurement equipment

Important Notices
Laser Safety
This device emits invisible laser radiation that can be hazardous to the human eye. Avoid direct exposure to the fiber output or to the collimated beam along its optical axis while the device is in operation. Appropriate laser safety eyewear must be worn during operation.
Absolute Maximum Ratings
Absolute maximum ratings may be applied to the device only for short periods. Extended exposure to maximum ratings, or exposure to one or more values above the maximum ratings, may result in device damage or affect device reliability.
Operating Conditions
Operation of the product outside the maximum ratings may cause device failure or safety hazards. The power supply used with the device must be limited so that the maximum peak optical power cannot be exceeded. The device requires a suitable heatsink on the mounting surface; adequate heat dissipation and thermal conductivity must be ensured. This device is an open‑heatsink laser diode; it may only be operated in a cleanroom environment or in a dust‑proof housing. Operating temperature and relative humidity must be controlled to avoid condensation on the laser facet. Any contamination of or contact with the laser facet must be avoided.
ESD Protection
Electrostatic discharge is a major cause of unexpected product failure. Take extreme precautions to prevent ESD. Use wrist straps, grounded work surfaces, and strict anti‑static techniques when handling the product.
