Panda-Type Polarization-Maintaining Optical Fiber for Fiber Optic Gyroscope Sensing Coils

The Panda-type polarization-maintaining optical fiber for fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) sensing coils is specifically designed for FOG sensitive coils. To meet the demands of its application environment, the fiber features improved mechanical reliability, temperature stability, environmental adaptability, and radiation resistance. The axial uniformity and batch-to-batch consistency of the fiber have been optimized. Furthermore, the inner and outer coating layers utilize independently developed coating materials, providing excellent full-temperature stability, environmental adaptability, and mechanical reliability. The fiber is suitable for operation over a temperature range of -50 °C to +105 °C.
