    Package Dimensions and Pin Definitions

.Avoid direct eye and skin exposure to the laser beam during operation. Even very weak laser light, when focused by the eye, can cause serious injury.

.Use a stable drive power supply. Avoid surge currents. Instantaneous reverse current and reverse voltage must not exceed the absolute maximum ratings, otherwise the device will be damaged.

.Semiconductor lasers are temperature‑sensitive. Operation at high temperatures reduces conversion efficiency and accelerates aging. Ensure adequate heat dissipation or cooling.

.Operate the laser within rated current and power. Exceeding the rated output power will accelerate aging of the components.

.The laser is an electrostatic‑sensitive device. Anti‑static measures must be taken during transportation, storage, and use.

.Store and operate the laser in a dry, well‑ventilated environment to prevent condensation, which can damage the device.

.The emitting facet (cavity facet) is a critical part of the laser. Avoid any operation that may damage the facet. Ensure the chip is not contaminated and protect it from mechanical damage.

.Do not bend the fiber at sharp angles. The bending diameter must be greater than 300 times the fiber diameter.
