The Ultra High Power 4-Channel Deep UV Curing Lamp is a professional UV curing system that uses high-power UV LEDs as the core light source. It is specifically designed for high-precision, multi-station, and high-efficiency UV adhesive curing applications.The system integrates four independent deep UV output channels. Through an advanced optical coupling structure, it achieves highly efficient UV energy transmission with an optical coupling efficiency of more than 85%, providing uniform, stable, and high-intensity UV spot output.The system supports simultaneous operation of multiple curing heads, making it suitable for mass production and integration into automated equipment.The product supports multiple UV wavelength options, including 275 nm, 365 nm, 385 nm, 405 nm, and 440 nm. Among them, the 365 nm deep UV wavelength is suitable for most UV adhesive, optical adhesive, and photosensitive resin curing processes.The equipment provides 0-100% UV power adjustment, curing time control from 1 second to 18 hours, independent channel control, and synchronous control functions. Control Panel Description

1. Front Panel LCD Display

Power: UV power setting displayed as a percentage.

Adjustment range: 0%–100%

Timer:Curing time setting.

Maximum setting:

18 hours : 00 minutes : 00 seconds

2. Front Panel Rubber Buttons

POWER Button: Enters UV power adjustment mode.

TIMER Button: Enters curing time adjustment mode.

UP Button: Increase setting value.

DOWN Button:Decrease setting value

3. Front Panel Green LED Indicators

①②③④：Correspond to the ON/OFF status of the four UV output channels.

4. Front Panel Ports

Four 4-pin connectors:Used for connecting the four UV curing heads.

5. Rear Panel Interfaces

Synchronizing Foot Switch：Used to force all UV channels to turn ON or OFF synchronously.

USB Interface：Currently unavailable.Reserved for future expansion.

Virtual COM Port：The device can be connected to a computer through a USB Type-B cable and controlled through a Virtual COM Port (VCP).

AC Input：AC power input socket with power switch.

Operation Instructions

1. Setting UV Power

Press the POWER button.

The power display value will start flashing, indicating that the device has entered power adjustment mode.

Press:

UP button to increase power

DOWN button to decrease power

Adjustment range:

0%–100%

Step:1%-100% corresponds to the maximum UV radiant flux.

The global power setting applies to all channels simultaneously.

If no button operation occurs within 4 seconds, the device automatically exits power adjustment mode.

2. Setting UV Curing Time

Press the TIMER button to let the Timer display blink, then the device enters curing time setting mode. Push UP/DOWN to modify the curing time setting. The adjustable range is from 1 second to 18 hours, and the step size is 1 unit of the highest significant digit. This global curing time setting applies to all ports simultaneously. If no button is pressed within 4 seconds, the device automatically exits the curing time setting mode.

3. Independent On/Off Mode

When the device is not in synchronous On mode, it operates in independent mode. In independent mode, the displayed curing time does not change; however, if one or more heads are lit, the “S” symbol blinks simultaneously, indicating that the curing time for one or more ports is counting down in the background.

4. Synchronous On/Off Mode

Insert the connector of a foot switch into the Synchronizing Foot Switch socket on the rear panel, and press the foot switch. Then all currently lit UV heads are immediately turned off. Conversely, if no UV head is lit, pressing the foot switch turns all UV heads on immediately, and the device enters synchronous On mode, while the curing time on the LCD starts counting down.
