1660nm broadband fiber Bragg grating filter
Idealphotonics introduced coherent excimer writing technology and technically recognized packaging technology to solve the reliability problems of fiber grating products. It also used its excellent holographic phase mask technology XmaskTM and grating writing technology to achieve technical breakthroughs in many products in the field of FBG technology. Products include gain flattening filters (GFF), single-channel and multi-channel dispersion compensators, dispersion slope compensators, pump laser frequency stabilization, gratings for fiber lasers, etc. The company introduced Yokogawa high-precision spectrometers and we have achieved a spectrum for each fiber, so that customers can better understand the performance of the products. Our special wavelength fiber gratings have been effectively verified in some special application fields, providing a large number of reliable special wavelength products for domestic scientific research fields.
This is a tunable continuous light laser developed by Idealphotonics. It has a narrow line width, high power, and low power consumption. It can meet the gas sensing test, especially for the test of hydrocarbons and other related gases. In addition, the benchtop ICL-DFB laser module integrates a driver and temperature control module. The temperature and operating current of the tuned laser can also be controlled by software, which can make the laser work stably and maintain the accuracy of the measured value. FPGA is also added inside the laser module to facilitate the processing of the concentration of the measured gas.
1550nm LiNbO3 2.5Gb/s Intensity Modulator
Idealphotonics' lithium niobate (LiNbO3) intensity modulator is made of titanium diffusion or proton exchange process. The Mach-Zehnder type optical waveguide, the input and output optical fiber and the waveguide are precisely obliquely coupled, and the electro-optical effect of lithium niobate material is used to achieve intensity modulation of optical signals.
1550nm single-mode small spot fiber collimator
Idealphotonics' collimator products have sufficiently wide bandwidth, high return loss, and low polarization-dependent loss optical performance, which enable them to be widely used in various laser systems. At the same time, we can also easily provide customized product types such as various spot sizes, working distances, and product sizes.
15m long optical path gas absorption cell
According to the tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy technology (TDLAS), a Herriott cell concave reflector is used to build a multi-reverse cavity long optical path gas cell. The reflective lens is plated with high-quality gold, silver and protective layer coating, which has high reflectivity. The compact design provides a relatively long absorption light path. The high-precision optical cavity gas cell is made of high-quality corrosion-resistant materials as a whole. It is suitable for industrial product application development, high-sensitivity gas analysis, major universities, scientific research, online environmental monitoring, etc. The standard light source collimator can be directly installed, and the interface is M11X0.5 thread. There is no need to add an external reflector or adapter adjustment to align the light, which is very convenient to use.
1550nm single mode bandpass fiber filter 3dB passband 0.8nm bare fiber without connector
IdealPhotonics' fiber optic filters use a special fiber structure to select or filter out specific wavelength light waves from different wavelengths. We offer filters in various light power versions according to customer needs, suitable for applications in Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) optical communication, Frequency Division Multiplexing (FDM) optical communication, spectral testing, fiber optic sensors, fiber lasers, and fiber amplifiers, among others. If you need to customize the center wavelength, operating temperature, or specific bandwidth, please contact us for customization.
375X375um Homogenized Fiber Optic Connector
Homogenized fiber has unique spot homogenization and disturbance characteristics. When Gaussian-distributed laser is input, it can obtain a flat-top spot with uniform energy distribution after passing through square/rectangular/octagonal optical fiber. At the same time, the coupling efficiency is also higher than that of circular optical fiber. It is an ideal optical fiber for precision laser processing (welding, cutting, marking), astronomical observation, night vision monitoring, laser biological detection and other application fields. This product link is the related model of homogenized bare optical fiber + connector jumper
1550nm polarization-maintaining fiber collimator (50mm working distance)
Idealphotonics' fiber collimators are pre-aligned and used to collimate the light emitted from FC/APC-connected fibers with diffraction-limited performance. These fiber collimators have no moving parts and are compact, making them easy to integrate into existing devices.
50:50 840±15nm 1x2 single mode Fiber coupler
The MP-FBC-633 VISIBLE series single-mode fiber couplers are developed and produced based on our single-mode fiber fusion taper machine IPCS-5000-SMT. They are used for visible light band splitting. They have excellent performance. We can provide customers with narrowband couplers with central wavelengths of 405nm, 488nm, 532nm, 633nm, and 650nm. The bandwidth is ±20 nm. The Max. power of our couplers with connectors or bare fibers is 500 mW. We have 50:50, 75:25, 90:10 or 99:1 coupling ratio couplers for customers. Our 2x2 couplers are based on the fusion taper process, so they are bidirectional, and any port can be used as the input
50:50 470nm 1x2 SM Fiber Optic Coupler
The MP-FBC-W0633 VISIBLE series single-mode fiber optic coupler is developed and produced based on our single-mode fiber fusion splice machine IPCS-5000-SMT. It is designed for light splitting in the visible wavelength range with excellent performance. We can offer couplers with central wavelengths of 405nm, 488nm, 532nm, 633nm, and 650nm, with a narrow bandwidth of ±20nm. Our couplers have a maximum power rating of 500mW when used with connectors or bare fiber. We offer various coupling ratios such as 50:50, 75:25, 90:10, or 99:1 for customer selection. Our 2x2 couplers, based on the fusion splicing process, are bidirectional, meaning any port can be used as the input
1550nm single mode fiber optic connector/patch cord
Fiber optic patch cords (also known as fiber optic connectors) are optical cables with connector plugs installed on both ends to achieve active connection of the optical path. Idealphotonics Photonics' fiber optic patch cords have high-quality, narrow-pin ceramic FC/APC connectors on both ends. Produced by our equipment, each patch cord is individually tested at the test wavelength listed in the specification label to ensure the extinction ratio and low back reflection (return loss) when connecting fibers. These patch cords are in stock and have high-quality polishing to ensure a typical return loss of more than 60 dB.
50:50 2x2 single mode Fiber Coupler 1030nm
